Shipping

We ship from Kansas City, Missouri. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days; specific time indicated per item. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every product that leaves our studio. If something arrives damaged, defective, or just isn't right, reach out to us and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll take care of it from there.

Because our products are 3D printed and made to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. But if there's a quality issue, we've got you covered.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. We'll work closely with you throughout the process to make sure you love it before we start printing. Generally we require a 50% downpayment for bulk orders but those are assessed project by project.
