Thank you for shopping with ThingsForge! Every item we sell is handcrafted and 3D-printed by our small family business, and we're grateful you're here. Below is everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Processing Time

We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days of purchase. Because each piece is made by hand, processing times can occasionally run longer for custom options or more intricate, detailed pieces. When a product requires extra time, we'll note that directly on the product page so you'll always know what to expect before you order.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Transit Time

Once your order ships, delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and aren't guaranteed.

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we'll do our best to help before your order ships.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

We package every order with care, but once a package leaves our hands, it's in the carrier's control. If your order arrives damaged, doesn't arrive, or is significantly delayed, please reach out to us and we'll work with you to make it right.
